Lol try have some protin if ur really hungry least it's no carbs I think I will do 30 mins on x trainer in the morning to burn of carbs I find it's put me back into ketosis within 1 day to minimis headache and that
 
Aaah I didn't realise doing a bit of exercise would get me in ketosis quicker... Now u mention it, it makes perfect sense lol! I'm having a pint of water instead and just hoping that the cheese won't ruin my hard work so far!

That's the line I'm drawing, lost 8lbs on my first weigh in Monday then after an emotional chat with my partner I ate and drank a lot! And in 24 hours put back on 7! I am also on star week so hoping a few pounds may be water! Basically had a wasted week and am so angry with myself!!!

So overall week 1 loss was - 1b :(

Today and up until the 22nd I plan on being 100%!

B- oatmeal
Lots of water
L- shake
Lots more water
S- coffee and bar
D- chilli and mushrooms
Lots and lots more water

Hope everyone else is doing better than me!!
