WOW... I can't believe how long its been since I posted in here!

Time to get on with it I think.


I fell off the wagon for a little while, although managed not to put too much weight back on so now I'm back on track and feeling great about SW.

Breakfast: Mullerlight, Apple (not even close to enough and I was starving too!)

Lunch: Leftover spicy bean and sausage pasta
(2 sausages but no idea of the syns as they were cheap ones but we had nothing else in)

Dinner: Home made beef burgers with onion, bacon and cajun spiced roast vegetables (courgette, babycorn, brocolli and cauliflower)

Snacks: Apple, Feasters tex mex (terrible...)

So not a great day with the feasters and the sausages, but not toooooo bad.

Breakfast: SW bacon + onion quiche

Snack: Pear, Mullerlight

Lunch: Leftover ratatouille + small amount of grated cheese

Dinner: 2 low fat sausages (1 syn each) mushrooms, baked beans, 1 hash brown (not sure of syns) 2 hard boiled eggs.

Pudding: 2 banana's, mullerlight

Snacks:
1 Banana
1 Mullerlight

Lunch:
Cucumber, tomato, grated carrot, babycorn and ham salad with a tiny bit of extra virgin olive oil and (sadly too much) balsamic vinigar
Pasta
4 light cheese triangles
Little sprinkling of grated cheddar (couldnt have cheesy pasta without that "stringyness")

Dinner: Lamb rogan josh and boiled rice (6.5syns!)

Hey hun just having a nosy through your diary...
Food looks good - just make sure you're having the third superfree if you're doing EE (although I don't manage it that often so can hardly preach!!)
How did you make your turkey burgers? I made some a couple of weeks ago and spiced them up with sweet chilli sauce and spring onion... would be interested to know what you put in yours?
 
I put in them:
turkey mince (obviously!)
an egg
bread crumbs (can I do them without?)
S+P
parsley & a tiny bit of rosemary
and a little bit of paprika

In hindsight I wished I'd put some onion in it as it was a little stodgy, but they were nice.
 
Mmm sounds nice. I didn't add breadcrumbs to mine - I find if you pop them into the fridge for a good hour after they're made they tend to hold their shape better.
