Emma's Food Diary - Help Appreciated!

I've forgotten about this bloody thing again!!! Even though its in my signature so I should see the link every time i post elsewhere!


Well I'm officially back on track, planning on going to class on the 5th of Sep when a new one is starting locally to me :D

Breakfast:
2 toast (HEb)
tinned tomatoes
Nectarine

Lunch/snacks (made a huge bowl and have been picking on this all day virtually)
Pasta salad made with - pasta, cucumber, sweetcorn, hard boiled eggs, mackrel and a little bit of salad cream (light version)

Dinner: (havent had this yet but planning on)
baked potatoes with beans and HEa grated cheese on top.
 
Well dinner last night went to plan mostly, the grated cheese had gone mouldy :( so ended up having to have some thinly sliced edam on it instead (couldn't find the grater!) and I also made a very tasty curry-ish side dish of mushrooms and onions with curry powder which was lovely!
 
I've decided on a red day today and am currently cooking up a massive stir fry with green beans, yellow pepper, celery, mushrooms, turkey, lots of garlic and soy sauce! mmm!
