Emma's Food Diary - Help Appreciated!

Ah thats a good tip! Thanks for that Sarah!
I hate using bread crumbs in them because I just know that its syns :(

Me too! Saying that I would assume breadcrumbs do add something to them - only because practically all non-diet recipes for burgers have them in. However if you get used to not using them then I guess you don't miss them lol!

True, I'll have to try them without next time I make some.
Do you still add an egg to yours to keep them together or do you reckon I wouldnt need one if not using breadcrumbs?

I add some beaten egg - only enough to bring it together. Have made the mistake before of adding too much and the mixture just gets too wet. I didn't add any to my turkey burgers though as the sweet chilli sauce did the binding instead

Diary looking good - just be careful on jars of sauces, to make sure you get the syns right, it can differ quite drastically if it's not worked out right. I tend to go for the 20cals = 1 syn rule for anything like that.

Good amounts of superfree!

Oh flipping heck :( I'm cross with myself now!

A) I haven't been updating this because I haven't been eating properly!
B) I need to practise what I preach!
C) 2 bacon sandwiches on WHITE bread, fat NOT removed is not a suitable breakfast.

Right, now I'm going to update todays food and be totally honest, but back on plan straight away today so while breakfast is terrible the rest will be SW friendly!
