Ok, I'm new to this site, hoping it will spur me on, as I'm nearly at target.

Weigh in last night - lost 2lbs

Friday - Extra Easy

Breakfast - Baked Beans (Free)

Lunch - Brown Roll (HEB) and Bacon (Free)

Dinner will be - Roast Chicken, New pots, carrotts, courgettes and leeks - all free!

May spend my syns on some wine!
