Weigh in last night - lost 2lbs

Friday - Extra Easy

Breakfast - Baked Beans (Free)

Lunch - Brown Roll (HEB) and Bacon (Free)

Dinner will be - Roast Chicken, New pots, carrotts, courgettes and leeks - all free!

May spend my syns on some wine!
 
You still need your HeA Hun.
Also, dont forget to have your fruit too! The more you eat, the more you loose on this plan.
