Will be a skinny mini!
Saturday 3rd November 2012

Classing today as my first day doing slim and save, I want to lose around 12lb I had my little girl On the 2nd august 2012 after I had her I weighed in at 11st 5 lb
I returned to slimming world and lost a further. 7lb which now makes me 10st 12 lb but the last 3 weeks I have stayed the same even tho stuck to plan so I decided to try s&s to lose the last of my weight,


So this is my first diary entry:

B: vanilla shake

L: truffle bar

D: chicken,courgette, spring onion,mushrooms

2nd dinner: mac cheese

So far 2 litres water

Sunday 4th November 2012

Day 2

Woke up at 4am with stomach gurgling and feeling like my throat had been cut lol just drunk a pint of water and went back to bed :)
Were off to visit family this afternoon there doing food so I'm taking my own food
Also hubby wanted his usual brekkie on a Sunday of a sausage sandwich am pleased to say I cooked it without eating any !! :))

B: bar with 150ml hot milk (love dipping it in lol)

L: chicken,mushroom,spring onion,peppers

D: tomato chilli was nasty!!

D: banana shake

2.5 litres of water

Day 4

Well I totally fell off the wagon :-( so disappointed in my self so I'm back to day one today I have my new weeks supply coming today onwards and up wards !!

I did the same today really helps day one (again) nearly over how's Ur day been ?
 
Not sure were yesterday's and today's diary have gone so will do today's again,

Day 3

Thursday 9th November 12

B: bar

L: mac cheese

D: had to have another bar was craving chocie so bad

D: ended up being curry pack and handful of chicken breast

Water 1 litre

It's been one of them days !!
