Day 87 - Going shopping today to stock up on some SW foods YAY :) Trying to get all I need in till xmas as I hate the supermarkets in the run up!!

B - 2 x Choc Weetabix (hexb+2syns) Milk (hexa) Apple
3 x Coffee (hexa+2syns)
L - Mugshot Apple & Pear (choc biscuit 3)
2 x bottle water
Shape Zero
D - Chicken breast wrapped in bacon BNS wedges and brocoli
3 x Squash
Evening snack - Options (2) Grapes

Day 88 - Went to see my baby girl in her first nativity play today, was so sweet, very proud mummy!

B - 2 x Choc Weetabix (hexb+2syns) milk (hexa) and banana
L - Chilli Chicken super noodles / Melon
D - Sausages (2) SW Wedges & Vegies / Tree choc (3)
2x Coffee
3 x Squash
2 x Diet coke
2 x water

Day 89 - Its weigh day and im nervous as I know getting another small loss is going to upset me, I soooo want to get into the 12s for xmas I know I wont want to leave once im there so ill be better over xmas! Oh well here is hoping for 1.5lbs tonight so that I get my 10% and 1 & 1/2 stone awards.... fingers crossed!!!!

D - Mushy pea curry with chicken fried rice SW style, thats if I can make mushy pea curry - first attempt!!

Day 90 - Well only 1/2 again last night, starting to get upset about it but there is no point as long as im loosing ill get through this!! I did get my 10% though so another shiney for me :)

L - Going out for lunch and dinner today but will pick wisely and update tomorrow. Also going to have a few drinks and so will make it a flexi-syn day and hopefully it will kick start my metabolism again!!
 
Day 91 - well last night was great however im suffering badly, I had far too many syns and I am dreading work monday after my behaviour last night lmao!!

B/L - Mushroom omlette / Coffee (hexa)
Afternoon snack - HIFI Bar (hexb)
D - Chinese - will be good and stay under 15 syns
Grapes and lots and lots of squash!!

Will get back to it 100% tomorrow as still determinded to get my stone and a half before xmas!!
 
Day 92 -

L/d - Roast chicken, new potatoes, brocoli and carrots. Gravy (4)
Evening - melon & shape zero, options 2

Drinks - 2 x Coffee & 4 pints squash

THANK YOU :) Although im barely getting 1/2 a pound a week at the moment, this ive hit some kind of plateau, going to change things around in the new year, but i doubt very much ill hit half a stone this month :)
 
Day 93 - Still lacking my SW mojo but i WILL stick to plan and shake things up in the new year, hopefully I will atleast maintain till then :)

L - Lots of melon (need to go shopping lol) with shape zero

Day 95 - Supposed to be chinese night with the girls tonight but after my naughty weekend ive decided to cook!

1 x Green Tea 1 x Water & 1 pint squash
D - Chicken breast wrapped in bacon, stuffed with Sweet Chilli Philli (2), roasted new potatoes in garlic and herbs, roasted veg (pepper, sweetcorn, corgette, tomatoes, green beans & mushrooms).

Day 100 - lets forget the last 5 days shall we lmao, I lost 2.3lbs on Thursday and got my half stone YAY but then I got stranded at my Mums for the weekend due to snow and as much as I tried to be good, I wasnt :( Oh well im going to be ultra good for the rest of the week and will hopefully STS

Well done for sticking on plan today though if you're struggling, the first few days back on plan are always the hardest I find, and your losses are amazing. I struggle without routine too, yay for Christmas being over, haha.:D
