Day 53 - Back to work after half term so things should get easier (hopefully)!!

D - Lean Pork - Mixed with peppers, mushrooms, onions and Tin of Tomatos (worcester sauce), Served with Baked Sweet Potato

Day 54 - Today would usually be chinese Wednesday with the girls but after my awful weekend, Im going to serve up the left overs from yesterday with added bacon and languini pasta YUM! Thank god I have supportive friends!

D - Left over slow cooked pork (sweet potato, cabbage, peppers, onions & mushrooms) with tinned tomatoes & Passata (herbs & spices) with added bacon to bulk, going to serve with either rice or languini pasta depending on what the girls want :)

Day 55 - Well i am gobsmacked!! I lost 4.5lbs today and got my 1 stone award and slimmer of the week, YAY!! Cant believe it after my bad weekend but it goes to show that if it only happens once in awhile you can pull it back :)

Day 56 - Still buzzing from last night :) Going to Mums for some fireworks later and she is making a SW chilli just for me!

D - Chilli & Jacket Potato not sure on syns will check how mum makes it and update tomorrow.

Thanks Loopeylou I did have a good time, my kids are only young so only had a few quiet ones lol And I ate a few wedges on top of my chilli so slightly naughty but not as bad as it could have been :)

D - Home made canaloni looks yummy in the oven, served with brocoli - Half fat cheese grated on top and white sauce made with milk and cornflour so about 15 syns between 4, putting 5 to be on the safe side!

D - Roast Beef (slow cooked) with SW Roasties and parsnips, carrots, green beans and brussells, had a yorkshire pud (6) and gravy (3)

Dinner was yummy and really needed some goodness as feel like im coming down with something, have been shivering all night and day :( really hope it doesnt turn into anything nasty!

Evening - Fruit salad & Yoghurt

Day 61 - *week apeared today and I was very naughty and checked the scales this morning, think it may have caused me to gain, having a coil i dont get them all that often and really bloat :( Oh well hopefully even if its a gain it wont be perminent!
