Emma's Weightloss Diary!

Weighing day today and good news, I lost the pound I put on last week!! I'm happy with that, though I was hoping for a bit more of a loss.

Oh well, a loss is a loss and at least it's going the right way!!! X

Had a really good day today!! :D:D

Breakfast: 2x quorn sausages (2), fried mushrooms, red peppers and eggs with a dollop of BBQ sauce (1)

Lunch: went to subway and had a salad (lettuce, cucumber, red onion, green pepper) with sweet onion teriyaki chicken (3) and sweet onion sauce (4 - the guy put a little bit too much sauce on!! but im counting it!!)

Tea: plans are to do the sticky chicken (i think it was last weeks recipe of the week!) (4) with rice and some peppers and onion with it.

Snacks for today are just watermelon and a muller light!

Lunch: Jacket potato with cheese (a)

Snacks: quorn dippers with BBQ sauce (4)

Dinner: home made beef burgers (b, 8 )
