    just started weightwatchers and wanna keep track of my points..i can have 19 points per day and need to lose 2 stone.

    3 belvitas 3 points
    1 alpen 1 point
    turkey and salad wholeweat bread 2.5points
    apple 0.5 points
    ww soup 2points
    ww rissotto 6points
    pork tenderloin 3points
    options hot choc 0.5points
    18.5points all together.
