is the dukan diet the one that was on that channel 4 documentry? the guy lost like a stone in a week, he got to eat fish meat and pears

ive been on the cambridge diet for two weeks, pears seem like theyd be THE most delicious thing in the universe right now. so yeah is this the same diet?

and what are the losses like on this one? i lost 10lbs in two weeks with cambridge (while cheating a lot!) im guessing this one is slower but how slow?

The Dukan diet was on the c4 documentary but it was the woman who did it. You are not allowed fruit on Dukan. It is a high protein diet. Once you settle into the diet the losses are around 1-2 lbs per week.
