have got up jumping for joy this morning LOL

ANd even better I weighed myself when I got in after my day 6 weigh in to check my scales were the same as my pharmasist and they are....... so weighed myself this morning and have lost another 6 lbs

So starting day 7 with a HUGE smile and a 8 lb weight loss!!!!!!!!!!!!!
