sure is lovely....a wee half a lb off for me today :)
canny mumble seeing as i had 4.5 off last week AND mother nature showed her face today...grrr lol

DAY - RED

Breakfast:
fruit salad with yog and the last of my breakfast bake thingy from yesterday

Lunch:
3 wm crackerbread with philly light, a boiled egg and a ww yog

Snack:
alpen light and a few seafood sticks

Dinner:
Big mac in a bowl

HEb's:
peanut hifi bar
3 wm crackerbread and an alpen light bar

HEa's:
30g cheddar and some philly light

Syns:
thousand island - 2
2 choc orange segsation segment - 4
hoops and crosses - 4.5

DAY - GREEN

Breakfast:
rice pudding, berries, chopped banana and yog

Lunch:
poached egg on toast with beans
bowl of fruit salad with yog and muesli over the top

Dinner:
quiche and chips...sw style with lots of peppers, onion, mushrooms and sweetcorn in the quiche

HEb's:
1 slice wm bread/ half scan bran cake
1 hifi light/17.5g dorsets nutty muesli

HEa's:
nothing yet...maybe 30g cheddar before bed?

Syns:
0.5 - pasta n sauce (base for my quiche)
2.5 - popcorn
3 - space raiders
3 - fudge

boiled egg & a couple of bacon medallions

Lunch:
2 chicken tikka skewers, a sausage and 3 wm crackerbread with philly light

Dinner:
sw kebab, ww pitta and salad

HEb's:
wm pitta
1/2 scan bran cake/3 wm crackerbread

HEa's: philly light

DAY - GREEN

Breakfast:
rice pudding, berries, chopped banana and yog mixed in

Lunch:
cheese and onion "pasty"
(got this from amy and really enjoyed it. just a small potato cubed and some onion done in the micro, mashed and HEa cheese added then stuffed into the pitta and put in the oven for about 10 mins)

bowl of fruit salad

Dinner:
1/2 a can of chickpea dahl with fine egg noodles...don't ask lol. its nothing i had planned, ended up home later than i hoped and it was totally thrown together at the last minute. not the nicest of sw dinners i've had...but totally on plan ;) phew!

HEb's:
ww pitta bread
17.5g muesli/1 hifi light bar

HEa's:
30g cheddar

Syns:
popcorn & space raiders - 5.5
2 chocolate orange chocs- 4

slices of roast gammon, carrots and sprouts

17.5g dorsets nutty muesli & 1/2 scan bran cake

HEa's:
philly light
might have a babybel before bed

i made some up today using a toffee ww yog and just half the oats allowance (17.5g)
i left it for a while and poured it over some chopped banana...it was quite filling :)


I tried that for lunch last week when visiting my neice. I am surprised that is is quite filling. Making notes of lots of your stuff. Lovely. So glad you are on here :)

60g philly light

Have really enjoyed today's food...it's all felt naughty in a sense.... who can say they can eat chips & cheese for lunch...guilt free?? ;)

1.5 lbs off for me at WI this week giving me my 2.5 stone award :D yay...go me!
typically, it's the week before "gain week" makes an appearance and that's what usually happens...they give me an award then prob want to ask for it back the following week when i have my usual 4 wkly gain...thank god it all sorts itself out the week after that eh lol.

i'm chuffed but more with my mindset about things now that i'm doing sw...i'm just so much more relaxed about things and no longer have the demons in my head about food like i used to...the ones that used to consume my WHOLE life!

anyhoo... food for today looking like this:

How do you make your Dahl loaf?
I totally get what you mean about being more relaxed with sw than normal diets. Now I know what I'm doing, this is more like a lifestyle for me, making healthy choices and stuff. Rather than obsessing about what I'm going to eat, and being starving...

i just cook a packet of savoury rice (usually the beef one) mix in a tin of asda's chickpea dahl, 2/3 eggs and bung it in the oven.
i usually make that and a quiche on a monday and it does me for snacky bits to take to work thru the week but i'm off work just now so haven't been so really enjoyed it tonight :) x


I agree its more of a lifestyle change than a diet its a way of life. If I had done it years ago id not still be overweight now.
