Hi,

I'm really angry with myself I've just eaten like 300g of peanuts which I dread to think of the calories and I was already at 15 syns, grrrrr! So annoyed! Anyway, drawing a line under it as weigh in isn't until monday, so I can change things.

My question is I'm about to start dinner, but I'm petty much full (stomach wise rather than head wise), should I eat my rump steak carrots and broccoli or not??

True! Will this steak, if I cook it now, be ok to re-heat tomorrow lunch?

i think it depends on when you are planning on going to bed i know it sounds stupid but i have done the same in the past and by about 10 have pigged out on junk then made myself feel even worse.

Probs be quite a late night as it's friday and woohoo no work tomorrow! Hmm..

86alpzzyj - that's true! I will probs leave it for tomorrow, maybe eat a few carrots tonight?
