Hi,
I'm really angry with myself I've just eaten like 300g of peanuts which I dread to think of the calories and I was already at 15 syns, grrrrr! So annoyed! Anyway, drawing a line under it as weigh in isn't until monday, so I can change things.
My question is I'm about to start dinner, but I'm petty much full (stomach wise rather than head wise), should I eat my rump steak carrots and broccoli or not??
