dinner: macaroni cheese (living off the stuff.. milk HEA)
snacks: 2 packs pom bears (10 syns), WW yoghurt, satsuma

Syns: 15.5 .. half a syn too many!

Fri 5th - extra easy

breakfast: magic porridge (HEB) with onken strawb yoghurt, coffee (milk HEA)
lunch: pasta salad (1 syn), shape yoghurt, satsumas, banana
dinner: special chow mein (8 syns?)
snacks: half a chunky kit kat duo (8 syns odd?), quavers (4.5 syns)

hmm.. bad day, needed chinese food though

Hope you don't mind my asking, but do you not like veg? Just asking because I don't see much of it on your diaries. It would probably help speed up your weight loss :)

Thanks for your advice. I love veg it's just I've been pretty lazy and not made up my usual weekly meal plans, so it's been food out of a box for a while. Getting back into proper food tonight - having risotto with leeks, onions, courgette, peas and maybe some fish!
 
Sat 6th - extra easy​


breakfast: how healthy - quavers (4.5 syns)
lunch: macaroni cheese
dinner: risotto with prawns + veg (cheese HEA)
snacks: too many...

Today was a complete write off. After dinner I had chocolate buttons, mikados, a cheese toastie, more crisps, yoghurts.. I know most of these are low syns and I used my HEB to have the toastie... just had a bit of a pig out tbh.

I make my bulk veg soup and try to squeeze it in once a day.
 
Sunday 7th - extra easy / green (not sure yet)


breakfast/lunch: cheesy beans on toast (bread HEB + cheese HEA)
dinner: cannelloni
snacks: WW yoghurt, banana, half a scan bran cake plus extra syrup (4.5 syns for the cake 2 syns for syrup = 6.5 syns)

Syns: 6.5 / 15

I didn't wake up until after 2pm, had a bit of a dodgy stomach so never ate much today.

Mon 8th - extra easy

Done 30mins at the gym today

breakfast: magic porridge with VLF natural yoghurt + 1 sachet of options belgian choc (HEB and 2 syns), coffee (milk HEA)
lunch: quorn pasta salad (mayo 1 syn), muller yoghurt, banana, satsuma
dinner: out of the box macaroni (milk rest of HEA)
snacks: half a boost duo bar (8 syns?), pate (2 syns) crackers (4 syns), 1 slice WW bread (3 syns), roast chicken

So today I was meant to have carbonara for dinner but we forgot to defrost the bacon, ended up going out to buy something "easy" for dinner and got macaroni cheese and some chocolate. Unfortunately that didn't fill me up so I had some crackers with bf who ate about 100 of them, I resisted eating more than 2! I had a sandwich later on forgetting I had already had porridge... so a bad day I guess.

lunch: roast chicken sandwiches (bread HEB, marge 1 syn), satsuma, muller yoghurt - vanilla
dinner: macaroni cheese bake (cheese HEA)
snacks: half a double decker duo (8 syns), crackers + pate (7 syns), onken strawb yoghurt

Syns: 16 / 15 (better than usual I suppose)

breakfast: magic porridge with strawberry onken (HEB)
lunch: pasta salad (1 syn for mayo), shape yoghurt, banana, satsuma
dinner: chicken curry + rice
snacks: Mikados (5 syns), half a snickers bar (8 syns), WW yoghurt, satsumas, 1 slice bread (3 syns)

Syns: 17 / 15 :( stupid snickers, wasn't worth 8 syns - FYI I thought it would've been like 6 syns for half of it!

Didn't realise I hadn't posted anything over the weekend! Well, it was rubbish anyway. We had a curry on Sunday night... hmmm. I'm going on holiday on Thursday so have had lots of things to do, been eating SW where I can but missed a lot of HE's over the weekend :( anyway, will try to post in here until the holiday, then when I get back I'll be back to 100% :)

breakfast:
beans + sausages (1 can between 2) on toast - 4 slices (both HEB's, 5 syns for the sausages)
lunch: will be a yoghurt probably
dinner: cannelloni or risotto - not sure
 
Back from Amsterdam

I have been a very bad girl. Today I had leftover curry for breakfast, and will have leftover curry for dinner too. Rubicon, chocolate milk, Mikados, Powerade.. etc. Plus all the very indulgent food I had on holiday. It's been a bad couple of weeks. I WI'd yesterday and was 5lbs heavier than I was last week. I'm not recording it as an actual weigh in, as I already had an agreement with myself that I would weigh in next week (Weds 31st) and that would be my actual weigh in date, to give myself an extra week to fix any gains from being abroad. Tweaking it quite a bit but it was my 21st birthday and I feel that I am allowed!

Anyway. I've been really ill since coming home on Tuesday night, not sure what's up it's like a cold but more achey and sore feeling. My bf is ill too, he's been in bed all of today. Manflu! So yeah, today was meant to be me going back to reality but due to being ill I haven't been a proper food shop yet. So I've had a look through the kitchen and tomorrow I'm going to have- breakfast: beans on toast (HEB), lunch: muller light, banana, quavers (4.5syns), dinner: marshalls cheesy macaroni (my old friend.. milk HEA). So it will kind of be a SW day! I'll go shopping at some point tomorrow and from Saturday onwards it'll be SW all the way. Wahey.

I have lots of other SW related things to get off my chest I might do a blog later, not been on my blog for a while.

No food diary today, possibly tomorrow if I get a chance to come online. Definitely this weekend onwards!

2010 was meant to be the year I lost all this weight, I have another 9months to get to my target of halfway there by Xmas.. wish me luck? I need a kick up the bum deffo.


 
evilpenguin needs to get her head back in the SW game. Skint this week (holiday = money all spent) so I'm living off what I have until I get paid on Wednesday. This does mean probably no veg whatsoever..

bfast: magic porridge (HEB)
lunch: chicken pasta salad (1 syn)
dinner: pasta n sauce (milk HEA)

Wednesday - extra easy (WI DAY + pay day! - also gym day)
bfast: magic porridge (HEB) + coffee (milk HEA)
lunch: chicken pasta salad (1 syn)
dinner: SW chips, pork chops, corn on the cob, roasted veg

Thursday - green
bfast: magic porridge (HEB) + coffee (milk HEA)
lunch: quorn pasta salad (1 syn)
dinner: superfree soup (free on green if I remember correctly) with 2 slices wholemeal bread (HEB)

Friday - extra easy
bfast: bacon, scrambled eggs, toast (HEB)
lunch: leftover soup
dinner: risotto (cheese HEA)

Saturday - extra easy
bfast: beans on toast (HEB)
lunch: baked potato with egg mayo (1 syn)
dinner: carbonara (cheese HEA)
