Exante Icecream...

I am not sure if this is for everyone, but on these hot summers days I have been putting loads of ice and a little water (making aprox 250ml) into my blender then adding the Exante mix to get a almost icecream texture.

Might not be for everyone but it's refreshing!

I make mine up with a smaller amount of water and pour it into lolly moulds to make ice-lollies, very nice
