Exante Restart

After messing about for ages on various diets and not being very successful on any of them i have decided to do Exante again, but properly this time. My packs have arrived and today is Day 1.

Weighed in this morning at 22st 5lbs Hoping to get to 20st by my holiday in July so wish me luck.

My work colleague has just eaten lasagne for his lunch, the smell is unbearable somehow my choc shake for brekkie and banana shake for lunch don't quite compare.

NEED TO STAY STRONG AND FOCUSSED!!! MORE WATER!!!

Good luck Kaz I've been doing Exante for a few weeks, kind of fell of the wagon a bit this week and last, so starting again, week one day one tomorrow, think I'm going to start a diary too, think it will help, all the best to you
