Exante + Tesco Bars

Hi All.

I'm planning to order the bulk pack of shakes from Exante. I did fancy the pack with the bars, but i know i won't enjoy the soups, so...my question is if i order the shakes pack can i swap out one shake per day for one of the tesco bars? If so, what is the exact name of the bars?

Not sure if you can have the tesco bars but you can have the Asda meal replacement bars (not the snack ones) and you can also have the biggest loser meal replacement bars.

Yep you can have the tesco bars, I think they are really nice, they are part of the tesco ultra slim range and you can get chocolate or raspberry

Hi yes I have been having the tesco bars as I don't like the exante ones! I am still in ketosis with no problems.

you could also have atkins bars
