On 2 shakes and a bar - I lost really well the first two days 😊 but it’s now stopped I’m not cheating and drinking loads of water and walking at least a couple of km a day. Don’t want to starve for no loss 🤣 any suggestions???
Stop weighing daily! Your body can fluctuate around 5 lbs a day depending on hormone levels, hydration, etc etc. You're setting yourself up for failure doing that! Hide your scales and weigh no more than once a week. most would say only weigh every two weeks, as this gives a clearer picture
