Working Solutions Exante WS meals??

Hey guys,
I'm struggling with TS so am thinking about WS,
Is it 2 shakes and a lo/no carb meal?

Can anyone on WS advise there menu for a day to give me an idea ??

Hi there I think the Exante website is great lots of ideas & at least you know you r doing the right thing. I have been TS during week but stuffing my face at weekends. I have decided to be sensible & do working solutions at weekends. Good Luck
