hi just thought id share my excitement with you all its my 3 week on LL and i have lost a stone and half already
cant beleive it! im sooo proud of myself!!
im also looking forward to the porridge we were introduced to tonite at meeting!! hope its nice ! and im definatly in this for the long haul x

hi thanx all !! and yes i had the porridge this morning and LOVE IT!! does anybody know if you can have a bar aswell as! ive had porridge for breakfast then a bar and 2 shakes in the evening would i still lose as well if i have that?? thanx for the comments peeps !! x
