Week 1 - 12lbs - 16st 10lbs
Week 2 - 3lbs - 16st 7lbs
Week 3 - 5lbs - 16st 2lbs
Week 4 - 2lbs - 16st 0lbs (food week), but carb free
Total loss - 22lbs
Need to drink more water this week, have been slacking a bit.
