Exercise advice

Hi all

I am fairly new here and looking for some advice. I am trying to lose my last stone in weight and stuggling with it. I am eating healthy and exercising but wonder if I am not exercising enough. I work and have 2 kids so its hard to fit it all in.

I do four 30 minute sessions on the Wii per week - My Fitness Coach, its a mixture of cardio and targetting different body areas. I go to a boxercise class once a week for an hour.

It works out at about 3 and a half hours per week. Is this enough or do I need to do more? Any advice greatly appreciated.

Do you feel it is working you hard enough?

Are you out of breath, or perspiring as you exercise?

If so, then you are doing plenty, and there's no need to increase your level of effort. If you find it quite easy on the other hand, you could try increasing the intensity of your workouts, or working out for a bit longer.

The more you exercise, the fitter you become, and therefore over time you will need to change your routine to take this into account and make sure you're always pushing yourself in order to keep burning the same level of calories.
