Exercise advice

Just looking for some advice about exercise. I am getting married next April so would love to start looking for dresses towards end of summer, but dont want to go with saggy arms, tum, bum etc!! Is it ok to do all normal exercise and maybe an additional focus on toning???
Any help or advice much appreciated!!

Yes Hun... It will be fine...

They say don't exercise the first week...

I would just say, as someone that always exercises, listen to your own head and body... If you have enough then stop..

Your not getting enough fuel, but everyone is different with how much or how little they can manage...

Exercise and toning and moisturiser will all help with the elasticity of your skin
