exercise and CD

    im dying to exercise but will it slow down my losses?

    If you do gentle exercise you should be ok, I made the mistake of 1-2 hr sessions of hard workout using about 700-800 cals 3 times a week for 3 weeks, my body held onto eveything and I didn't lose any weight for those 3 weeks, rationally it was water weight.
    Exercise DVD's are good though and keep you away from the fridge.

    Goal Weight:
    I exercise like a manic at least 1-2 hours a day 6 days a week, touchwood its not done much to my losses but not sure what i could have lost if that makes sense?xx
