Exercise Challenge - Feb

    So, I didn't see one of these... and I could do with the motivation lol, so maybe others could too :)

    There are 22 days left of February so I thought I'd pick a time goal for the amount of exercise I want to have done by the 28th :)

    Today I plan to do maybe an hour at the gym and 30 mins dvd at home. but we shall see! lol!

    Are you doing it every day?? I keep meaning to start lol.

    Have just been given an exercise bike and a cross trainer so am using them atm, been making x minute playlists on iTunes so I can pick one long enough :D

    and done 1 hour DVD today :D

    Doing 30 day shred most days, have missed a couple, but I'm back on track & I'm half way through now.
    Good news on the exercise equipment! I always catch up on my soaps when I'm on my bike, it makes me do 30 mins then!
    Good tunes are essential to a workout! :)

    Gosh, everyone is doing so much lol. I need to up my game! Haha. Managed to squish a 20 min bike in before bed and doing another 30 now.
