My OH loves the Isle of Wight, and I loved it too when I went to a friends wedding there last year, shame I hate the ferry and was feeling pretty queasy within seconds of leaving dock, have fun.

hi all, well done on the exercise so far this month! all sounds great. ive been sooooo busy with work this week its been tough...but back on the wagon today.

30mins cardio at gym and day one level one of 30 day shred...or 20 minutes of hell as i call it. i am literally useless at ab work. cannot do a situp to save my life!

Been doing loads of walking but not counting that as it is not the "puffing" walk that I do with the Nordic poles! Did do 20 mins of kettlebells though. Have my parents staying until Tuesday so will start the kettleworx programme proper then.

Hey Kazz, check out the kettlebells forum and the secret to shaping up thread on it. Kettlebells are highly rec for cardio, resistance & core -yup! :D

did 60 min swim on saturday and 90 mins on crosstrainer and bike yesterday at gym, have opted for 30 hours this month! hope ive done this right!!:D
