Exercise Dvds, what's the best in your opinion?

Davina Mccall power of three dvd is the only fitness dvd I use now.

I see results so quickly and it only takes around an hour to do which includes warm up and cool down.

Theres two personal trainers (one for a harder level and one for a easier) which work out along side Davina.

The three sections includes upper body (arms) middle section (tummy) and lower body (thighs and bum). Weights are used throughout however if you don't have any water bottles will do the trick or cans of soup. There is fat burning intervals throughout which only last 30-60 seconds, this is great to burn the fat before you tone up.
 
The core fusion DVDs are really great. I see amazing results within a few days...when I can be bothered to do them that is!! I do the body sculpt and the Pilates plus x
