    Hiya all,

    I was wondering if anyone had any exercise ideas that are fun to do. I like exercise once I get into it but starting off is so harddd!! :sigh:

    I used to run in the past.. might be a good idea getting back into that again :) thanks!

    I love exercise classes. I have recently discovered body step and body attack classes and I love them !! It has really boosted my weight loss too!

    Calorie Counting with the help of Myfitnesspal!
    Zumba rocks and I also enjoy body pump :) Recently tried a step class and just grinned the whole way through it :D

    Agree with everyone on the running front - have you tried the couch to 5k scheme? Its great at getting you started again. The best thing about running- its free!

    Also Zumba is fab. A great workout.

    My fave though - i started an ice skating class - and now i can't get enough of it and go for a good few hours every week xx
