Hi there, has anyone tried pilates while on SS, would you recommend going up to SS+ if I wanted to do pilates?
Pilates isn't cardio based more strength and core! You should be fine. Try it and see!

Who can tell me what a decent time is to be able to run 5k?
That depends. I've done it in various times. It's training that's the important part of reducing your time.

I've just trained by running and did it in 33 mins!
I've speed trained and done it in 29 mins!

I would say anything from 36 mins down is a good time.

I'm keen to start a vlcd, did Cambridge before but thinking maybe slim & save (4packs) this time. Only concern is that I play Roller Derby twice a week, one 2hr session & one 3hr session. Can't stop training as wanting to make the team in Oct. Do you think it will be ok, was thinking I could maybe just have Another pack or protein shake on day I train.

Sticking to walking, swimming, water walking--will leave the harder stuff for my second week on CD. Sometimes my heart pounds on it for now reason.
