Nope ive got a gazelle so its a skier to a stepper same idea, I find it fun and not had any problems, but I dont do too much just in case, good luck.

I think you should just take it easy, you are on a vlcd, gentle toning and walking is my limit, Lots of exercise may effect your losses be careful.

I know what you mean kerryberry, I've always really enjoyed exercise and am really missing it:sigh: To kind of compensate, I've been on the wii fit a bit but nothing too strenuous. I can't wait to go back to the gym:)
