Hi Tara40 --

I know how you feel -- I let myself down on my fitness programme all the time, unless I have someone else I can't let down. I have had a few good partners over the years, and others that just are not reliable. It does motivate you to have a partner because you do not want to let them down.

I am thinking about signing up for Rosemary Conley classes and that would be one day a week where I'd feel obilgated to go -- not to let the rest of the class down or the leader. Also, I may meet someone there who wants to meet up on the some of the other days.

I do Aquafit after my daughter's swim lesson on Monday night -- and because I have to bring her there for her lesson and my husband comes from work to pick her up I stay for class. I wouldn't go for myself, but as I am there anyway I do.

I wish you lived closer. Good Luck.

MinnieMel
