Exercise points - should u eat them or save them?

    Hi I'm earning around 8 exercise points per week as I've upped my exercise in order to kick start my weight loss after a few weeks of Sts - I'm guessing i should save the exta points not eat them in the hope i have a good loss each week?

    I would save them. You maybe reached a plataue and need a extra boost to get the weight loss going again.

    Thankyou - yes think i have hit a platuau as I've been either staying the same or losing a pound only to gain 2 the following week and so on!
    Driving me nuts ;oP

    I can imagine, hope upping the exercise really works.

    I always eat mine. You can eat a maximum of 12 a week. I eat half of what I earn in a day so if I get 4 points I'll eat 2 of them making sure that I don't got over the 12 for the week though.
