Morning all!
So i am following the diet to 790 and have been to the gym for the last 3 days ( spinning, swimming, Piliates and step) and NOTHING. Am I building muscle? Will the scales ever move again?
Please let me know your thoughts - I'm getting wed in 3 weeks time !!!

How long have you been doing 790?

Is this your first week? If so 3 days isn't very long....
It's difficult to answer your question without more information.
