Exercise question

    Hi guys,

    Coming to the end of my first week now. Getting nervous about what the weight will be. I have a question though.
    Before I started I was doing about 45mins a day at least on a exercise bike and 1.5 hours of fast walking. I stopped that as I started lipotrim. However, is this going to effect the weight? Also, can I go back to doing this? I want to start exercise again, but dont want to go into starvation mode. Please help.

    Hi & welcome to LT if you feel ok no light headiness or lack of energy exercise shpuldnt be a problem, may I suggest you sart slowly then build up back to what u were doing previous, not only will it help with the weightloss it will help with toning up.
