Exercise Regimen

I actually figurer something that sticks well.

This is what I usually do

Just letting you know that everything we do is exercise, but they are key times, and exercises that help burn calories.


Regimen- Mon, Wed, Fri, Sun

15-20 Minutes of Yoga. Its easy- look for it on youtube.com

10-50 Military style sit-ups( Starts the sweating)

10-30 minutes running( Great cardio)

20 minutes Areobics( Keeps Flexibility, Cardio, and Balance)

Regimen- Tues, Thurs, Sat

Everything listed above

Then include

30 3-Count jumping jacks( 3 jacks = 1)

Try to do as many push ups as you can for 15 minutes

Crawl, Walk, Jog, Sprints( Awesome exercise- but tough) to do this, you need an assistant or a friend with a whistle.

This will get you pumping, I swear to the corps...
