exercise that I do in week eight!!

Listen I am certainly no expert in weight loss (hence the obesity) and all that.But, since starting lipo I have followed the following program. I have bought an old 2nd hand treadmill from my local gym.I burn 500cals 5 nights a week and use the dyna band(on ebay) on my arms every evening. I do a half an hour of davina workout called PUMP every friday and Sat night.I have always had the type of body that has to workout and have made a commitment to myself to workout.I'm a compulsive overeater and know that unless I gat a routine of exercise I will revert back to bad habits as soon as!!I am not a huge fan of exercise and am really quite an indoor lazy soul so I need to exercise regularly.good luck!!!

my goodness - that's some exercise regime !!

do you think it has increased your weight loss ?? how long has it taken you to lose the weight so far - when did you start ?

Hi deb I have lost just over 4stones in eight weeks.I def think it increased my losses and also its kept me focused so that when I come I off I wont go backwards and hopefully keep up the weight maintanance.

Wow that is some exercise! I've got the Davina workout that you use...i love it! I haven't done it for ages but i did it religiously 3 times a week when i started on LT the first time and certainly noticed an improvement. Not so much with the weight loss for me, but more my shape! Would definately recommend it!

I also got the Rebbeca Wheatly dvd to start off with...so if your wanting to start off with some exercise thats a great one. Don't jump straight into Davina!

Whats the DYNA band that you use? I've never heard of that xx

Wow your exercise problem is great as is the weight loss. When did you start the exercise cos I'm starting lipo next week and enjoy my running but I'm worried that I'll be too lacking in energy to do anything?

wow thats amazing, sort of goal i want to achieve, before LT i did tennis 2/3times a week and gym/swim about 3 then had to stop when i started lt, i had no energy at all and as im on my second weigh in tomos ive just restarted with a swim/tennis and dog walking today, if you can achieve that much loss in 8 weeks im gonna follow your lead. I heard a lot about toning to got the guys at the gym to show me some moves on the mat i can do at home so gonna get started with those daily tomos. 4st in 8 weeks thats soooo kool jx

just worked it out thats averaging 7lb a week!!!

Mega results. Well done you! I thought I was doing good with my half hour on the cross trainer. That's it .... have to seriously increase my workout.

guys the dyna band is fab it stops bingo wings I got mine on ebay and its a simple concept just a rubber type band that has a booklet to show you exercises to do with it.Its fab. I got a green one for beginnres I highly recommend it!
