Yesterday I use shakeweight a unused Xmas pressie. It's just a hand barbell that you shake whilst doing exercises. You watch a DVD that shows you a routine. Well I did a six minute upper body followed by ten minutes full body.
Today I am aching all over. My poor bum feels like it has two pokers stuck in and my thighs are throbbing when I use the stairs. I'm walking like duck.
Let's hope it works to tone up my muscles if I'm going to loss lots of weight, fingers crossed. xxx
