Sooooo, what's the general take on exercise while on TS?

Pros/cons , cardio/ weights/ yoga??

I'm not sure I totally have the energy for it, or motivation tbh, but I'm thinking about the impending sagginess and peeps seem to be suggesting it can help reduce it.

I'm prob not up for having to do anything outside of home, but have loads of (unused!!) DVDs. What sort are people doing to help, if it is help?

its a hard one, just be well aware of your limits and intake more cals if you need to. I wrote to exante about it, based on me doing 800calories in a session and they suggested either an extra pack or eating food. I didn't opt for an extra pack because it probably will get me outta keto, instead I have a couple of eggs, maybe some lean meat before a workout. Then I'm still in keto but eating enough :) xx

Whatever you do, don't go over your limits. Your performance will probably be dampened (I know mine was) so you have to be careful not to overdo it
