Exercise??

I have wondered about this for a while and my super hench friend wrote me up a gym plan to follow to tone up

It's not exactly difficult but it's not a walk in the park, either. I'm on Day 3. How much exercise can I do whilst 100%?
 
i think its very little for the first few weeks as your body is adjusting to its new lifestyle. people tend to get very light headed and some have fainted while exercising. if you read through some of the older posts you'll find a more in-depth explanation about it and it'd be worded better than i could word it! Take it easy until you get to know your limits if you do start :)
 
Take it easy at first walking etc until u know ur limits once your in ketosis try to stick mainly to cardio work because u dont have fuel to feed ur muscles if ur going to do lifting or anything you will waste ur muscles rather than burning fat.

Stick to stuff like walking, cycling, light rowing, swimming with maybe a few sit ups, lunges and press ups to tone up a bit
