Total Solution Exercise

    Hi, I have a gym membership and I plan on still going once I start exante but taking it slow. I have some pt sessions that I need to use up so I was wondering on those whether I should go up to working solution and then go back down to total solution on non personal training days.

    Would this be ok? Or is it all trial and error.
