I find one of the best exercises is walking. Won't particularly do anything for your boobs but I don't know what would! You could try using some light weights and also Pilates is good for helping you to tone up. :)

I do quite a bit of walking..... to be honest I dont think you can do anything to strenuous as your not having enough calories..

I got a book from Amazon called 'Smart girls do dumbells'. It has lots of different exercises to do and also arranges them so you know what exercises to do on each particular day. It's very good.
