Extending Attack phase??

I started Attack on Monday. I am on Day 6 of Attack. Down 7 pounds this AM. My plan called for 4 days on Attack, I would like to do 7. Any harm in this? I'm not having any cravings, haven't cheated once, and feel great. Just hoped this would jump start the weight loss more... I have 30 pounds to lose.

Hi Trimama, personally i wouldn't bother extending your attack. It won't hurt you necessarily but your body will be desperate for some vegetables by now. Don't worry - you'll carry on losing weight even when you've moved onto cruise!

Excellent advice Emma... the longer attack periods are only recommended for very overweight people
