    Monday
    Shape yogurt & banana

    Lunch
    HE B, 2 slices wholemeal bread (400g loaf)
    2 slices of ham
    Roast chicken mugshot

    Dinner
    Beans, grilled bacon, weightwatchers sausages (1 syn), poached egg
