    42g of low fat cheddar cheese
    B 2 slices of wholemeal bread

    Breakfast
    Had 2 eggs scrambled, made with 2tsps of healthy living light olive spread and a slice of wholemeal bread
    - I also had a muller light vanilla yoghurt, banana and a bunch of grapes

    Lunch
    Lunch: had a jacket potato from 'roast' in town; knew the mayonaise was not low fat but did ask about how the potato was cooked, only had a small amount of butter and a bottle of water

    Dinner:
    Spag bol, with lean mince beef, passata sauce, basil, onions, garlic and peppers and heaps of spaghetti

    Had scrambled egg on toast again- its nice and filling but don't know how keen i am on it, not a huge fan of wholemeal bread :(

    Made my own jacket potatoe with tuna mayonaise- used low fat mayo and frylight butter- was lovely! Had cress with it too

    Dinner
    Had a lazy night in with some syn-free chips and some sweet chilli sauce and some also with mushy peas

    Sorry, I have no idea about EE so I'll leave it to the Wise Women to help with that . . .

    . . .but I am concerned just generally about the lack of veg in your diet. On Thursday and Friday you don't seem to have had anything while Saturday was just lettuce and cucumber and then the addition of pepper on Sunday. Monday, again, was nothing (peas are carbs, aren't they? Or am I getting mixed up with WW. Apols if I am, but it's still not much).

    I'd try to bulk up your veg amount - remember, we're aiming for 5-a-day not only for weight loss, but for a healthy diet too.
