Evening all, I've been on Extra easy today and just wondered if I'm following right!

Breakfast: Apple, Banana & Cherries

Lunch: 2 x Jacket pot, Tin of tuna, lettuce, tomatoes & 2 x tsp butter (4 Syns)

Dinner: Chicken breast wrapped in Bacon, slimming world chips and roasted carrots

Is this right or am I doing anything wrong?

You dont have to use them all but they reccomend you have between 5-15, enjoy them :) xx

I can't see any Healthy Extras - A or B.

The 'A' choices are your dairy = milk or cheese and the 'B' choices are your fibre = cereal, bread, dried fruit.

Unless you had quite a few carrots, your main meal might have benefitted from a bit more superfree too. Your plate should contain 1/3 superfree and 2/3 free foods.

You don't have to have all 15 syns every day but it is recommended when you first start. Basically, apart from making sure that you don't think you're 'missing out' and therefore more succeptible to give up, it's also another way of helping if/when you reach a weight loss platau. when this happens, you can reduce your syns a bit to see if that gets your losses going again.

Thanks 'Minimunchkins' I've had my milk in my hot drinks! (I drink a lot of coffee!) I haven't had any B's! Whoops!
