Extra Easy Extra easy ...... is this acceptable?

I've stayed away from EE because I panic about being hungry and missing my second HEB!! :rolleyes:

However with my shift tomorrow I fancy giving it a try but I am not totally sure about the 1/3 rule.......can any body please advise me if this would be an ok day??

B'fast - Porridge (B) and berries
Lunch - bacon, eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes, beans, ML, fruit
Tea - pasta mixed with chicken (or squid, or prawns), tomatoes, peppers and mushrooms, fruit, ML
milk (A) for porridge and tea x 2

Is that enough of everything I should have please?

As long as your superfree equates to a 1/3 of your serving/portion at each meal then yes the day looks fine to me :). Also remember that only fruit and unstarchy vegetables qualify as superfree.

It isn't vital that you have a 1/3 superfree, but everyone should try to make sure they follow the advice as best as they can for a good weightloss, as otherwise in can be all to easy to pile your plate high with the other (non superfree) free foods.

The beauty of Extra Easy is we can combine Green and Original day foods together. The 1/3 superfree advice just helps us control our portions without the need for any weighing etc.

and as Circes said don't forget to use some of your syns (minimium of 5 a day)

Thank you both!

I will use some syns - I have to be honest that this time round on SW, I seem to have got my head in gear and I don't know if it is because I am more motivated but I really don't seem too hungry and therefore not reaching for snacks to use my syns on!

But I will incorporate something, even if it is only ketchup and a Frothy coffee!!
