This was my breakfast. Had to post a picture as it was heaven on a plate!

Breakfast - berries, banana, natural yoghurt, actimel 0% (1.5 syns)

Lunch - couscous w/ cucumber, red onion, feta (HEXa), olives (1 syn), sundried tomatoes (1 syn), tesco lemon & parsley salmon fillet

Dinner - mayflower curry sauce (6 syns) w/ chicken, pork, mushroom, onion, peas and egg fried rice

Snacks - ryvita minis (HEXb), clementines, apple, 3 flying saucers (1 syn), ginger nut (2 syns)

tea w/ skimmed milk (HEXa)

Total syns = 12.5

Tomorrow it will be 10 weeks until I get married (eek!) so after a few too many indulgences I thought that I should return to what I know best... SW! I have been going to the gym 4-5 times a week since the end of February too so not too much damage has been done.

I went out for a three course dinner last night so I'll WI tomorrow morning so that I have a more accurate reading.

Food Diary...

Breakfast - banana, strawberries, 2 weetabix (HEXb), liberte (1 syn), actimel 0% (1.5 syns)

Lunch - LF Supernoodles, babybel light (HEXa), tesco BBQ chicken (0.5 syns)

Dinner - (update) birds eye fish burger (8 syns), mccains oven chips (1.5 syns), baked beans, el mayo (0.5 syns)

Snacks - popcorn (3 syns), apple, clementine

2 tea w/ skimmed milk (HEXa)
1 tea w/ semi skimmed milk (HEXa)
Herbal tea
Water

Exercise - Boxercise (1 hour), (update) Legs Bums & Tums (1 hour)

Total syns = 16



Update: I decided to go to LBT after Boxercise so didn't get home until about 8.15pm and really couldn't be bothered to make a curry so went for freezer food. Suprised that I'm still only 1 syn over so happy with that!

Lunch - wholemeal roll (HEXb), rf cheddar (HEXa), berlotti light (1 syn), chutney (1 syn), pops (4 syns)

Dinner - chicken jalfrezi w/ pilau rice, 1 poppadom (0.5 syn), mango chutney (1 syn)

Snacks - clementine, apple, half a krispy kreme (9 syns)

I went to a wedding so knew that it wouldn't be a SW friendly day and accepted that. Only got my birthday on 23rd May, hen weekend over the next May bank holiday (in Dublin), and my second hen night on the 7th June when I know that I'll be off plan but apart from that there should be no excuses! Just a shame that when I get home from an exercise class I can't say no to naughties!

Saturday Food Diary...


Brunch - omelette made w/ red onion, mushrooms, bacon, new potatoes, olives & sundried tomatoes (1 syn), banana

Dinner (at a wedding) - BBQ = ceaser salad, couscous salad, few bite pork rib, sardines, chicken kebab, fries, half a steak ciabatta roll

Lots of wine/prosecco

Exercise - Pilates (45 mins)

Total syns = LOADS!

So yesterday wasn't really SW friendly as we went out for lunch but I did make healthy choices. I also went to the gym and did Power Yoga for an hour then jogged on the treadmill for 40 minutes!!! Without stopping!!! I never thought I'd be able to do that. Actually tempted to do a 10k after the wedding so I don't lose momentum after the honeymoon.

Yesterday's Food Diary...


Breakfast - omelette made w/ 1 ww sausage, bacon, red onion, mushrooms, baked beans, 1 babybel light (493 cals)

Lunch (out) - falafel w/ half pitta bread, couscous, salad w/ sesame dressing, roasted courgette, tzatziki (415 cals)

Dinner - beef massaman curry w/ jasmine rice (594 cals)

Snacks - bite of montezuma dark chocolate easter egg, 3 percy pig tails, 1 borders butterscotch biscuit, 1 chunk cadbury nutty caramel (226 cals)

tea w/ skimmed milk
water

Excercise - power yoga (1 hr), jogging at 8.0kph (40 mins) = -507 cals

Total cals = 1221

Aw thanks a million hun! Can't believe how quickly time has gone. Only 23 days till my due days. Madness!!

I'm not the biggest partier but the likes of The Porthouse bar (near Grafton Street) is a good spot and if you're drinking in Temple Bar it will be crazy expensive! There is a good spot called Buskers in Temple Bar actually though! As for food places, fab restaurant called Toscana (Italian) on Dame Street, gorgeous place called The Larder on Parliament Street (fab steak) a BBQ place on George Street called Pitt Bros BBQ! Lovely Mexican on George Street called Acapulco, and an amazing 'fried chicken' place on Dame Street called Crackbird! It's not fast food, it's a sort of trendy 'alternative' place an their soy garlic friend chicken and sides are incredible!! They also do buckets of beer etc, can't recommend enough. For Thai I recommend SABA, it's on South William Street near Stephens Green. I know you're a foody like me so don't want you getting lurred in to the touristy places that are crap! Lol xx

SW ain't as easy as I remember! No gym for me tonight as Wednesday is my night off.

Breakfast - strawberries, blueberries, 1 weetabix (3.5 syns), liberte (1 syn), actimel 0% (1.5 syns)

Lunch (provided at a meeting) - half a wholemeal roll (HEXb) filled w/ ham, lettuce, tomato, egg (3 syns for butter), grapes

Dinner - chicken, chorizo & squid paella (2.5 syns)

Snacks - parma ham (fat removed) w/ 1 babybel light (HEXa), sundried tomato (1 syn)

Tea w/ skimmed milk (HEXa)
Water
125ml red wine (4.5 syns)

Total syns = 17

I need to change my breakfast as it ends up being so high in syns which is crazy as it's healthy (and yummy!) Need to give up the weetabix if I'm having bread but it's not easy. Also can't believe how high in syns an actimel is!

Just put all this into MFP and I only had 966 calories today! Eh!? (that includes taking off the exercise which burnt off 380)
